Launch of the South East Trauma Informed Care Collective (SETICC) and an exciting and informative seminar

 

Join us for the launch of the South East Trauma Informed Care Collective (SETICC) and an exciting and informative seminar,

on May 2nd at the Hotel Kilkenny, R95 XD74.

 

Registration and coffee start at 10:00 am, followed by the launch of SETICC at 10:30 am featuring speakers Jim Walsh, Principal Officer at the Drugs Policy Unit of the Department of Health, and Paul Goff, General Manager of Social Inclusion in the HSE South East.

 

To secure your spot, register by emailing your name and organisation/group details to ruthwalsh@seticc.ie  As space is limited please register early but no later than April 3rd.

 

After the launch, our seminar will involve a series of workshops which will explore issues such as Coproduction and implementing Trauma Informed Care. Lunch and breaks are included and the seminar will finish at 4.30pm.

 

Additionally, enrol in the SETICC produced eLearning training course, ‘Essential Principles of Trauma Informed Care,’ by emailing your name in block capitals (to ensure correct spelling on your course certificate) and preferred email address which will be used to send you your course log in details, to ruthwalsh@seticc.ie by April 3rd.

 

Completing this informative and easy to undertake eLearning course is a prerequisite for those attending the seminar on May 2nd, as material from the course will be used during the seminar. Completion of the eLearning course is also a requirement for attending the in-person training workshops that will be rolled out by SETICC over the coming months.
