Menopause & You !

Following on from our co-creation event in Kilkenny on September 5th, one of the themes identified for a symposium was on the impact of hormones on women and recovery. To this end, our next event is for 2 hours on Friday Nov 3rd, at Carrickpherish Library, Waterford City. This is a free event, with a wonderful speaker Dr Breeda Bermingham (menopause coach), refreshments will be provided, and there will be time for Q&A with the Dr but also for sharing of lived and learned experience.
This event is hosted by SERDATF, Better Together & Tintean Housing Association.
