Compassionate Mind (Morning Workshop)

Compassion focused mindfulness practice specifically looks at cultivating and fostering a kinder, more soothing approach to deal with difficult emotions and self-criticism.
With a compassionate focus we can learn to think in a way that helps us to be more accepting of ourselves.
This workshop will show you how to cultivate and grow self-compassion in your everyday life, to counteract challenging thoughts and emotions.
