Aware Life Skills Online Programme

Aware Life Skills Online programme is now open for registration.

It’s a 🆓programme based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), delivered online, over 8 weeks, at your own pace.

Once the 8 weeks are up, you continue to have access to the modules for an entire year.

Each participant will be assigned a supporter, who is a trained Aware Volunteer.

The purpose of the programme is to help you learn practical skills to help you cope with life’s challenges.
