Exploring the Spiritual Group

This group uses contemplative practices for people who are seeking to discover or reconnect with the spiritual aspect of their lives. This group offers a space to explore different methods of lovingly and attentively letting the present moment express itself. Visualisation techniques, readings, poetry or sacred texts are explored through the senses which allow us to open our interior senses. This group is for those seeking to discover the sacred from within the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Experiences are shared that deepen our awareness of the gift of each other. This group is open to everyone and is non-denominational.
