Anxiety Group

This is a group where we learn essential tools to help us to overcome anxiety and stress related challenges. It shares ways to cope as well as providing support through a conversational approach based on experience of the previous week. Education is provided through this experience by looking at coping methods and preparing for potential stressful events. Different techniques are explored and shared from direct lived experience.
